This means altering how the dog perceives and reacts to various stimuli, which in turn changes their emotional responses and ultimately their behaviors. F. Separation Anxiety

Separation anxiety can happen when a dog is separated from its owner or familiar environment. As inherently social animals, dogs often feel distress and anxiety when left alone.

This can manifest in restlessness, destructive behavior, or excessive barking and whining. In severe cases, dogs may resort to urinating or defecating indoors or attempting to escape from confined spaces. The worst we witnessed were dogs start drooling and self-harm themselves. Such behaviors can create significant stress for owners, making it difficult to leave their dogs alone.
